Mary Miller, who, brings 21 years of experience as CTO in marketing, and operations management of tech companies.
Our Engineering Team has extensive experience in all facets of data storage, digital technology, electrical and computer engineering. The team believes that what doesn’t exist today will exist.
Our Research & Development Team is involved with game changing technologies in both the enterprise and consumer sectors. They are not confined by what exists today, they think way outside the box.

Ryan Smith
Ryan is a registered Canadian and US patent agent experienced in software, communications, mechanical, electromechanical, thermodynamic, and energy technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering, University of Alberta, Also a member of Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC).
Hugo Smith
Over 15 years at IT Director & C level covering all aspects of IT, including systems development, the methodologies, Web management and development. Contractual & legal negotiations, compliance management and storage. High volume resilient e-commerce systems and associated payment systems. Delivering change and transformation programs including Digital.
Familiar with FCA regulated environments, ensuring the right governance framework including compliance, regulatory and security measures are in place to fit the business.
Driven Due Diligence from both sides and created internal processes for continuous improvement, leading towards investment or exit. Delivered new social networking platform from concept to launch.
Drove the implementation of Fixed Odds and Spread Betting onto interactive Web platform. Architected the delivery of iTV and Mobile into the single trading system. Completed long term Project, Program and Change Management assignment for major systems vendor.
Performed a number of roles in SME to multi-nationals in senior interim roles at CXO level.
15 years in the FinTech industries, although in IT, but also broad knowledge of business operations. Experience in corporate finance, divestitures, negotiation for real value and 24x7 operations. Recently managed complete Cloud Hosting migrations to streamline operations and cost.
Paul Peterson
Paul has immersive Technology Background and many years of successful business marketing. He has been involved in several successful startup companies, with a broad range of diversity. Instrumental in launching tech related companies using the online services. As a consultant to the industry, he developed systems for lead generation and automation producing some of the early technologies that were successful in producing quality leads. He holds a degree majoring in business and a minor in multimedia.

John Leads Research and Development working with 18 major Companies that are intrinsically linked to Hong Kong International Commerce.
Mary Miller

Fred Garcia
Fred is a Marketing Strategist. He has studied the psychology of the marketing conversion and has implemented many successful web-based marketing plans with positive consumer experiences. He has worked closely with AOL, and has designed consumer marketing interaction for Motorola, Ford, National Geographic and a number of media outlets. In addition, he has founded several successful businesses.
Jetinder Shiva
Jatinder worked with IBM building and studying database infrastructure. He developed a web development learning portal with a team of 13 developers all around the world, which gained over 80,000 hits a month.
He is well versed at Java, PHP, Ajax, Python, VB.Net, OOP, C#, C++, HTML5 + and CSS. He has developed a business concept that enables a stable investment method for revenue sharing online, creating a new industry with a future value worth billions. He also has experience in the IT industry, advancing Basic cloud storage, to a BitTorrent Cloud Storage used by thousands daily. He is currently developing next-gen ride sharing to hit the market later this year.
Mike White
Mike holds a Master Degree in Electrical Engineering and a BA in mechanical engineering. He has extensive experience in engineering design services for companies developing microprocessors and advanced controller chips that are based in data manipulation systems. His work spans 4 decades. He has helped to create over five dozen various technology products for different applications, and has hosted numerous training courses on hardware engineering.
Mike has endured decades of change and is an invaluable resource of past history and modern applications with the experiences to benefit all members of the Vast team. Hardware, software, firmware and all phases of trouble shooting and design. This includes having the full experience of concept through to manufacturing.
Mike's technical background includes high speed electronic architectures, schematic design, printed circuit board design, design for manufacturability, design for test, and high speed signal interconnections. His software background includes development is assembly language, C, C++, VHDL, Verilog, Pascal, Forth, C#, Linux and Windows Kernel Mode Drivers, and the regular old fashion “C Programming.
